PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The NICE 1 is an adjustable, economically priced spiral staircase kit that features 12 stair treads and landing that complements and adds style to any interior living space. The stair treads are manufactured of multi-layered birch plywood. The staircase can be easily installed by the homeowner in a single day using common household tools.

Features:
Standard kit includes 12 multi-layered birch plywood stair treads, a matching landing, a complete handrail, and all necessary hardware and connectors.
The height range for the kit is adjustable from 107-1/2 in. to 119-5/16 in.
Powder coat finished painted in either Hi-Gloss BLACK or Satin GREY.
Can be installed in a clockwise or counterclockwise rotation.
Stair treads and landing are made of multi-layered plywood with a beech wood veneer and a polyurethane protective coating.
Handrail is an extruded PVC coil. Handrail diameter is 2 in.
Rise between stair treads is adjustable from 8-7/32 in. to 9-3/16 in.
Interior installation only.
A complete installation guide is included in all kits

I purchased this spiral staircase and it looks very nice. The instructions weren’t very clear for the contractor, but they got it installed. I know it’s freestanding, but the stairs aren’t as solid as I’d like. Seems to be a little too much play in them. Overall, I do like it. It allowed me to open up my living area more.

Works well, have built a lean to around to protect from weather as the cover is extremely impractical. Relaxing, and people are telling me how healthy I look since I have been using. Small issue is that cd stopped working after a six weeks.
