What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel any order for a 100% refund before it has shipped out. Please notify us immediately at help@thehardwaresupply.com if you would like to cancel your order. Once the order has shipped, it is subject to our 30-Day Return Policy.

What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.  

If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to help@thehardwaresupply.com and we will process an immediate replacement or compensation (usually within 1 business day).

How do I place an order?

To place orders by phone, call us at  1-833-733-4455

To place an order online, simply click “Add To Cart” on your preferred product and proceed to checkout via “Secure Checkout”. Enter your shipping and billing information and complete checkout.

You will receive an immediate order confirmation and we will process your order immediately.

How do I know when my order will ship?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirmation credit card authorization and shipping/billing information. 

We will immediately process your order and you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped once it leaves the warehouse. 

If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but often times items can quickly sell out due to high demand.

Will you send an order confirmation via e-mail?

An order confirmation message will be sent to the e-mail address you provide us for each order you submit. We recommend that you print and save the e-mail confirmation for your records. Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly to ensure that you receive your order confirmation.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are located in New York and do not charge sales tax. This alone can save you hundreds of dollars compared to ordering elsewhere. Unfortunately if you order from New York State you will be charged sale tax.

Can I change my order?

Yes, you can change your order at no cost by simply emailing us at help@thehardwaresupply.com and requesting the change. Any price difference will be credited to your card or we will send you a custom invoice to pay the difference. Orders can only be changed before shipping.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Depending on the brand, orders may ship out the same business day or take up to 2 business days to ship. On rare occasions order shipment may take longer due to unforeseen delays.

My husband and I love the sauna I got my sense of smell back after 20 years of not being able to smell. Imagine what it's doing for all your organs and veins, opening things up. Couldn't' be happier.

Love this sauna

Works well, have built a lean to around to protect from weather as the cover is extremely impractical. Relaxing, and people are telling me how healthy I look since I have been using. Small issue is that cd stopped working after a six weeks.

WS-803A

I bought the MESA WS-803A steam shower enclosure from the HARDWARESUPPLY.COM. From the beginning ,the HWsupply team is very responsive and effective. They help with my delivery timing and, I recalled that everything was clear and transparent. After installed, the MESA WS-803A works really well for me for both shower and steam room. We recently having some mechanical issue and reported to the HWSupply team through the HELP DESK via email. The help desk team is very professional and helped me through. Like I said, HWSUPPLY team is effective. Love the WS-803A, it works beautifully.
