The unit must be installed by a licensed plumber and electrician, or it will void the warranty of the unit from the manufacturer. The purchaser of the units accepts full responsibility and liability for its proper use, installation, and operation. The purchaser also agrees to hold harmless and indemnify thehardwaresupply.com from any actions, judgements, lawsuits, or liability claims arising from the improper use of these units.

It is the customers' duty to confirm the product will comply with their state, county or municipal codes. If you will be receiving an inspection by a county or city inspector, please ask them what they require.

If a customer purchases any steam shower unit or bathtub that does not pass inspection, we will only allow returns subject to the following conditions: You will be able to return the unit for purchase price of unit, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 15% if the unit is in the original packaging. If the steam shower unit or bathtub was opened, or opened and assembled, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

Love this sauna

Works well, have built a lean to around to protect from weather as the cover is extremely impractical. Relaxing, and people are telling me how healthy I look since I have been using. Small issue is that cd stopped working after a six weeks.

The Sauna is great and getting it up took about 1.5 days and a few Youtube videos. We use it almost daily.

I bought the MESA WS-803A steam shower enclosure from the HARDWARESUPPLY.COM. From the beginning ,the HWsupply team is very responsive and effective.
